随着社会经济进程不断加快,城市建设也朝着更加现代化的方向发展,在施工建设中,工程质量问题也渐渐映入大众视线并引起重视。近年来各种建筑工程项目尤其是高层建筑项目对施工技术及工艺的要求越来越高,针对每一个建筑结构,都需要对其采取特定的质量控制方法。为了防止外墙渗漏,在对外墙进行施工装饰时,应该合理引入防渗漏技术,在最大程度上提高建筑工程的质量水平,以尽可能延长建筑工程的使用年限。因此,本文将通过对建筑工程施工过程中出现外墙渗漏的原因进行剖析,接着再分析外墙防渗漏技术的应用,以此为建筑施工项目提供相关建议。

As the socio-economic process continues to accelerate,urban construction is also developing in a more modern direction.In construction,construction quality issues are gradually reflected in the public's attention and attracted attention.In recent years,various construction projects,especially high-rise construction projects,have higher and higher requirements on construction technology.For each building structure,specific quality control methods need to be adopted.In order to prevent the leakage of the external wall,the anti-leakage technology should be reasonably introduced during the construction and decoration of the external wall to maximize the quality level of the construction project to extend the service life of the construction project as much as possible.Therefore,this article analyzes the causes of external wall leakage during construction,and then analyzes the application of external wall anti-seepage technology to provide relevant suggestions for architectural construction projects.
