摘要 盾构远程监控系统基于大数据平台对盾构掘进数据和施工管理数据进行实时监控和数据分析。利用web端和手机端可以随时随地查看所有接入系统内盾构机的掘进参数、运行工效、设备状态、风险情况、施工质量、视频监控等数据,为判断设备运行状态和故障诊断提供支持,对盾构掘进姿态超限、风险情况等进行预警,为公司级和项目级盾构施工管理、远程问题诊断和施工管理决策提供重要依据。 The shield remote monitoring system is based on the big data platform for real-time monitoring and data analysis of shield tunneling data and construction management data.Using the web and mobile phones,you can view the tunneling parameters,operating efficiency,equipment status,risk status,construction quality,video monitoring and other data of all shield machines in the access system anytime and anywhere,to provide support for judging the operation status and fault diagnosis of the equipment and the early warning of shield tunneling posture overrun and risk situation and to provide important basis for company-level and project-level shield construction management,remote problem diagnosis and construction management decision-making.
