摘要
由于国内外钻井事故监控和预报技术的陈旧性,使得对钻井事故的控制效果不是很理想,综合录井技术能有效提升对钻井过程的事故监测与预警,提升钻井过程的安全水平。论文研究了综合录井技术对钻井过程进行安全检测的方法与原理,在进行钻井安全风险分析的基础上,细化常见工程事故过程,解析其成因,分析了工程安全风险的判断方法。研究发现:综合录井中的工程参数与钻井液参数异常能有效的与工程安全风险相匹配,综合录井参数可以有效的监测钻井安全风险。
Due to the outmoded monitoring and prediction technology of drilling accidents at home and abroad,the control effect of drilling accidents is not ideal.Comprehensive logging technology can effectively improve the monitoring and early warning of drilling accidents,and improve the safety level of the drilling process.In this paper,the method and principle of safety detection of drilling process by comprehensive logging technology are studied.Based on the analysis of drilling safety risk,the common engineering accident process is refined,its causes are analyzed,and the judgment method of engineering safety risk is analyzed.It is found that the abnormal engineering parameters and drilling fluid parameters in comprehensive logging can effectively match with the engineering safety risk,and the comprehensive logging parameters can effectively monitor the drilling safety risk.
