健康经济学视角下中医知识特征对传承效果的影响机制研究

Research on the Influence Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine Knowledge Characteristics on Inheritance Effect from the Perspective of Health Economics

基于健康经济学的基本原理,健康问题与经济学息息相关,与社会经济因素联系甚为紧密,因此中医知识特征是中医知识的传承与共享的重要因素。已有的关于知识共享的研究的涉及健康经济学的思考和研究较少。本文通过构建中医知识的固有特征传承与共享机制的SEM模型来研究知识属性、创新对传承效果的影响,并提出了相关的研究假设。通过走访江苏省10家中医院采集到有效问卷,运用采用SPSS和AMOS发现中医知识的固有特征属性对中医知识的固有特征传承效果的影响并不大,反而传播者的传授意愿能通过中医创新这一中介作用对知识传承效果产生积极的影响。

Based on the basic principles of health economics,health issues are closely related to economics and are closely related to social and economic factors.Therefore,the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge are important factors for the inheritance and sharing of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge.Existing research on knowledge sharing involves less thinking and research related to health economics.This paper studies the influence of knowledge attributes and innovation on the inheritance effect by constructing an SEM model of the inheritance and sharing mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge,and puts forward related research hypotheses.The effective questionnaires are collected by visiting 10 TCM hospitals in Jiangsu Province.With the use of SPSS and AMOS,it is found that the inherent characteristics of TCM knowledge have little effect on the inheritance of the inherent characteristics of TCM knowledge,instead,the communicator's willingness to impart can have a positive impact on the effect of knowledge transfer through the intermediary role of TCM innovation.
