管线离心压缩机入口流量波动诊断及对策研究 被引量:2

摘要 天然气长输管线离心压缩机组入口安装标准孔板流量计,防喘振测试过程中多次出现流量大幅波动现象,影响测试效果和机组的平稳运行。从仪表、控制、防喘阀、孔板、流态等逐项排查流量波动的诱导因素,根据孔板前后压力测试和流态分析,诊断出流场不稳定是造成流量波动的根本原因。本文通过改用多孔孔板流量计增强整流效果,更换前模拟分析多孔孔板的应力应变特性,验证其可靠性,更换后再次测试未出现流量波动,进一步认识多孔孔板流量计的流场特性,充分发挥其在紊流场中的抗干扰能力,对离心压缩机组工艺和配套设备的设计选型具有一定的借鉴意义。
