摘要
钢筋表面氯离子是诱发钢筋锈蚀的主要原因之一,因此,预测钢筋表面氯离子浓度对钢筋混凝土结构的耐久性预测具有十分重要的意义。根据氯离子扩散理论和混凝土随机骨料模型建立氯离子在混凝土中扩散理论模型,通过对氯离子侵蚀混凝土扩散理论模型的Monte-Carlo数值模拟的结果回归分析,建立了钢筋表面氯离子浓度预测高斯函数实用模型。分析了实用模型中三个参数的物理含义,同时建立了实用模型中参数与侵蚀时间、骨料率之间的函数关系。实用模型为实际工程的氯离子浓度预测提供了极大的便利。
Chloride ion on the surface of steel bars is one of the main reasons for the corrosion of steel bars.Therefore,it is very important to predict the chloride ion concentration on the surface of steel bars to predict the durability of reinforced concrete structures.Based on chloride ion diffusion theory and random aggregate model of concrete,a theoretical model of chloride ion diffusion in concrete was established.Based on the Monte-Carlo numerical simulation results regression analysis of the theoretical model of chloride ion erosion of concrete diffusion theory,a practical Gaussian function model for predicting chloride ion concentration on the surface of steel bars was established.The physical meanings of the three parameters in the practical model were analyzed,and the functional relationship between the parameters in the practical model and erosion time and aggregate rate was established.The practical model provides great convenience for the prediction of chloride ion concentration in practical engineering.
