秦岭地区某页岩型钒矿中钒的赋存状态研究

摘要 通过对秦岭地区寒武纪某页岩型钒矿进行详细的工艺矿物学研究,基本查明了样品中钒的赋存状态和分布规律,分析了矿石工艺性质对选别工艺的影响。样品含0.94%V2O5,主要矿物为石英(61.7%)、粘土(27.8%)、云母(3.3%),次要矿物为褐铁矿(1.1%)、黄铁矿(1.9%)和重晶石(0.9%)。平衡配分结果表明,钒主要赋存于粘土矿物中,其中粘土矿物、云母、褐铁矿和石英的分布率分别为86.25%、8.93%、3.6%和1.22%。各矿物V2O5配分总量为1.01%,与实际分析品位0.94%接近。样品中86.25%的钒赋存于粘土矿物中,应将粘土矿物作为选钒的载体矿物,并充分利用粘土和石英二者硬度和比重的差异来进行钒的富集。对于此类粘土型钒矿,建议采用阶段磨矿-阶段擦洗-磁选的工艺流程。 Through a detailed process mineralogy study of a Cambrian shale vanadium ore in Qinling area,the occurrence state and distribution rule of vanadium in the samples were basically found out,and the influence of ore process properties on the separation process was analyzed.The sample contains 0.94%V2O5,the main minerals are quartz(61.7%),clay(27.8%),mica(3.3%),and the minor minerals are limonite(1.1%),pyrite(1.9%)and barite(0.9%).The equilibrium distribution results show that vanadium mainly occurs in clay minerals,of which the distribution rates of clay minerals,mica,limonite and quartz are 86.25%,8.93%,3.6%and 1.22%respectively.The total V2O5 content of each mineral is 1.01%,which is close to the actual analysis grade of 0.94%.86.25%of vanadium in the sample occurs in clay minerals.Clay minerals should be used as carrier minerals for vanadium selection,and the difference in hardness and specific gravity between clay and quartz should be fully utilized for vanadium enrichment.For this kind of clay vanadium ore,it is suggested to adopt the technological process of stage grinding-stage scrubbing-magnetic separation.
