摘要
本文综述了LaCrO3陶瓷材料的固相法、Pechini法及水热法等多种制备方法和改善其致密度、导电性及热膨胀系数等性能的一些手段,总结了历年来LaCrO3材料在烧结性能、电学性能、热膨胀性能、磁性能和力学性能等方面取得的研究成果,对国内外LaCrO3材料在固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)、催化剂、超级电容器以及传感器等领域的应用进行了概述与展望。
The solid phase method,Pechini method and hydrothermal synthesis of LaCrO3 ceramic material and some methods to improve it’s density,conductivity and thermal expansion coefficient are reviewed.The research results of LaCrO3 materials over the years in terms of sintering properties,electrical properties,thermal expansion properties,magnetic properties and mechanical properties are summarized.The LaCrO3 materials in solid oxide fuel cells(SOFC),catalysts,supercapacitors and sensors at home and abroad are also summarized and prospected.
