摘要
小农户是我国农业生产经营过程中主要的组织形式,研究其绿色农业技术采纳行为对农业可持续发展具有重要作用。文中基于河南省滑县446个小农户的调查数据,运用似不相关双变量Probit模型研究农户认知、外部环境对小农户绿色农业技术采纳行为的影响。结果表明:小农户施用商品有机肥与农家肥行为具有替代效应;绿色认知和技术认知显著正向影响小农户施用商品有机肥和农家肥行为;外部环境显著正向影响小农户施用商品有机肥和农家肥行为,同时对小农户认知和施用有机肥行为之间有正向调节效应。建议加大宣传有机肥好处力度,提高小农户绿色和技术认知;增强外部环境影响,进一步促进农户施用有机肥技术。
Small-scale farmers are the main organizational form in the process of agricultural production and management in China.Studying their adoption of green agricultural technology plays an important role in the sustainable development of agriculture.Based on the survey data of 446 small farmers in Hua county,Henan province,we used the unrelated bivariate Probit model to study the impact of farmers’perceptions and external environment on the adoption behavior of small farmers’green agricultural technologies.The results showed that smallholders had the substitution effect of applying commercial organic fertilizer and farmyard manure behavior;green cognition and technical cognition significantly affected the behavior of smallholders applying commercial organic fertilizer and farmyard manure;the external environment significantly positively affected small farmers to apply commodity organic fertilizer and farmer’s fertilizer behavior,while having a positive adjustment effect on small farmers’perception and application of organic fertilizer behavior.It is recommended to increase the promotion of organic fertilizer benefits,improve the green and technical awareness of small farmers,enhance the external environmental impact,and further promote farmers’application of organic fertilizer technology.
