摘要
采用真空熔炼-惰性气体雾化法制备了GH4169合金粉末,分析了粉末的粒度分布、颗粒形貌特征,利用选区激光熔化成形技术(SLM)制备了金相、拉伸试样,并分析了显微组织及力学性能。结果表明:气雾化法制备的GH4169合金粉末粒度呈正态分布,粒径主要在25~40μm之间,颗粒为球形或近球形,并且存在一部分"卫星球"粉末;SLM成形的GH4169合金试样退火前的平均屈服强度和抗拉强度分别为637 MPa,981 MPa,平均断后伸长率和收缩率为27.5%,50.0%,退火后屈服强度和抗拉强度增大,断后伸长率和断面收缩率有所减小,拉伸断口主要呈现韧性断裂特征。
GH4169 alloy powders were prepared by vacuum melting-inert atomization method. The particle size distribution and particle shape characteristics were investigated. GH4169 alloy tensile and metallographic specimens were manufactured by selective laser melting technology. The microstructures and mechanical properties before and after annealing of the specimens were studied. The results show that particle size distribution of GH4169 alloy powder is normal distribution and particle size range is mainly between 25-40 μm. The particles are spherical and there are satellite ball in powders. The average yield strength,tensile strength,elongation and shrinkage before and after annealing of GH4169 alloy specimens are 637 MPa,981 MPa,27.5% and 50.0% respectively. After annealing,the yield strength and tensile strength of the specimen increase while impact energy,elongation and shrinkage reduce. The tensile fracture shows a ductile fracture characteristic.
