摘要 隐性课程是学校情境中以间接的、内隐的方式呈现的课程。校长是学校发展的掌舵者和引路人,校长的言行直接或间接地会对学生产生潜移默化的影响,如春风化雨般地实现立德树人,这也是一门隐性课程。校长的垂范辐射角色显著,校长言行作为一门隐性课程,具有示范性、代表性和辐射性,提升校长言行能够更好地引领和促进学校变革与教育内涵式发展。提升作为隐性课程的校长言行,校长要以德为先,传承创新,塑造学校精神文化;积极发挥自身影响引领学校改革方向;具有教育的担当和使命。研究就隐性课程的内涵、校长言行作为隐性课程的垂范辐射作用以及如何提升校长言行三个方面进行分析与讨论。 Hidden curriculum is a kind of curriculum presented indirectly and implicitly in school situation.The principal is the leader and guide of the development of the school.The words and deeds of principals,directly or indirectly,will have a subtle impact on the students.It is also a hidden course to realize the cultivation of morality of people like spring breeze and rain.As a leader,the influential power of the principals is significant,which manifests as the demonstration,representativeness and radiation of the hidden curriculum.Therefore,the improvement of words and deeds of principal is vital to better lead and promote the school reform as well as the development of quality education.To promote the words and deeds of the principals as a hidden curriculum,the principals should take morality as the first,inherit and innovate,and shape the spiritual culture of the school;Actively exert their own influence to lead the direction of school reform;and shoulder the responsibility and mission of better education.This paper analyzes and discusses the connotation of the hidden curriculum,the role of the principals’words and deeds as a model of the hidden curriculum,and how to improve the principals’words and deeds.
