子宫肌瘤18F-FDG PET/CT阳性显像的影响因素 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨子宫肌瘤18F-FDG PET/CT阳性显像的影响因素。资料与方法回顾性分析114例子宫局部发生18F-FDG浓聚患者的临床资料,并经病理或超声或MRI随访6个月以上证实为子宫肌瘤。分析患者的年龄、体重指数、月经情况、肌瘤部位、肌瘤最大径、肌瘤数目及节育环对子宫肌瘤18F-FDG阳性显像的影响。结果114例子宫肌瘤18F-FDG阳性显像率为35.09%,受试者工作特征曲线显示子宫肌瘤18F-FDG阳性显像的阈值年龄为49岁(曲线下面积0.712,95%CI0.611~0.813)。单因素分析结果显示,年龄、月经情况及肌瘤最大径是影响子宫肌瘤18F-FDG阳性显像的预测因素(P<0.15);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄<49岁是子宫肌瘤18F-FDG阳性显像的独立影响因素(OR=4.55,95%CI 1.71~12.09),模型拟合优度较高。结论年龄影响子宫肌瘤18F-FDG阳性显像,<49岁患者的子宫肌瘤更易出现18F-FDG阳性显像。 Purpose To explore the influencing factors of 18F-FDG PET/CT positive imaging in hysteromyoma.Materials and Methods A retrospective analysis of 114 cases of uterine local 18F-FDG uptake,which were confirmed by pathology or more than 6 months of ultrasound or MRI follow-up as hysteromyoma.The effects of age,body mass index,menstrual conditions,fibroids location,fibroids maximum diameter,fibroids number and birth control ring on 18F-FDG positive imaging of hysteromyoma were analyzed.Results The positive 18F-FDG imaging rate of 114 cases of uterine fibroids was 35.09%.ROC curve showed that the threshold age of 18F-FDG positive imaging of uterine fibroids was 49 years old(area under the curve 0.712,95%CI 0.611-0.813).Univariate analysis showed that age,menstrual conditions and the largest diameter of fibroids were the predictors of 18F-FDG positive imaging of uterine fibroids(P<0.15);multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age<49 years was the independent influencing factors of tumor 18F-FDG positive imaging(OR=4.55,95%CI 1.71-12.09),and the model had good fitting goodness.Conclusion Age-affected 18F-FDG positive imaging of hysteromyoma.hysteromyoma in patients younger than 49 years are more likely to have 18F-FDG positive imaging.
