Analysis on Photosynthetic and Growth Characteristics of Two Superior Cornus walteri Clones

摘要 为明确优良无性系花叶毛梾、红叶毛梾的培育方向,探明其与普通毛梾之间生长特性差异,以2个毛梾无性系为试材,以普通毛梾为对照,测定了7、10月的光合指标日变化及其生长指标。结果表明,在7、10月,花叶毛梾、红叶毛梾与普通毛梾光合指标日变化之间差异显著;在7月,花叶毛梾呈单峰曲线,另外2个毛梾无性系呈双峰曲线,而在10月,花叶毛梾呈双峰曲线,另外2个毛梾无性系呈单峰曲线;7月,花叶毛梾、红叶毛梾与普通毛梾净光合速率日均值分别为6.86、9.52、10.09μmol/(m^2·s),10月分别为5.57、5.72、7.94μmol/(m^2·s);花叶毛梾的生长量显著低于红叶毛梾和普通毛梾,红叶毛梾的生长量与普通毛梾之间无显著差异。在毛梾种质资源开发利用过程中,根据不同品种的生长特性,应做好树种搭配工作;为达到较好的景观效果,在考虑树种颜色搭配的同时,也要考虑搭配组合的生长速度,同一树种的不同品种间的生长速度差异可为该树种的开发利用提供更多的可能性和选择性。 To clarify the breeding direction of superior Cornus walteri clones with mottled and red leaves,and prove the growth characteristics difference between those and ordinary clone,the diurnal variation of photosynthetic index and the growth indicators in July and October were measured with 2 special Cornus walteri clones as test materials and ordinary clone as control.The results showed that the diurnal variation of photosynthetic index of 3 clones was significantly different in July and October.In July,the mottled leaf Cornus walteri clone showed a single peak curve,and the red leaves clone and ordinary clone showed a bimodal peak curve.While the mottled leaf clone showed a bimodal peak curve,and the red leaves clone and ordinary clone showed a single peak curve in October.The mean daily net photosynthetic rates of 3 clones were 6.86,9.52,10.09μmol/(m^2·s)in July,and those were 5.57,5.72,7.94μmol/(m^2·s)in October.The growth of mottled leaf Cornus walteri clone was significantly lower than the others,and there was no significant difference between the other 2 clones.Tree species collocation should be done well in the process of Cornus walteri germplasm resources development and utilization according to the growth characteristics of different varieties.To achieve a better landscape effect,the growth speed of collocation should be considered as well as the color collocation of tree species.The growth speed difference between different varieties of the same tree species can provide more possibilities and selectivity for the development and utilization of the tree species.
