山西省蔬菜产业发展现状及建议

Present Situation and Suggestion of Vegetables Industry Development in Shanxi Province

蔬菜产业是农村经济发展的重要支柱,是农业增效、农民增收的重要途径。近年来,山西省蔬菜产业发展较快,播种面积及产量平稳发展,现已形成区域主栽种类和特色蔬菜种类,成为全国主要蔬菜生产基地之一。在发展的同时也出现了一些新的制约因素。立足于山西省蔬菜产业发展的优势和存在的问题,剖析原因,并提出应加大夏秋冷凉蔬菜和旱作蔬菜发展力度、提高晋菜的知名度以及提升规模化园区效益的发展建议和对策。

Vegetable industry is a mainstay of rural economic development and an important way to increase agricultural efficiency and farmers'income.In recent years,the vegetable industry in Shanxi province developed rapidly,and the sown area and yield developed steadily.Shanxi province became one of the main vegetable production bases in China,which formed regional main planting species and characteristic vegetable species.At the same time,there were also some new constraints.Based on the advantages and problems of vegetable industry development in Shanxi province,this paper analyzed the reasons and put forward the development suggestions and countermeasures:increasing the development of cold vegetables and dry vegetables in Summer and Autumn,paying attention to quality and improving the popularity of Jincai,devoting to innovation and improving the efficiency of large-scale park.
