摘要
干燥部是造纸机十分重要的组成部分,垂直干燥部相比于传统单排布置的干燥部来说,具有正反面均匀受热的性能优势。但这种干燥机布置方式使得机架高度方向和外形尺寸都出现了明显的变化,为了确保造纸机运行稳定,通过ANSYS有限元分析技术对造纸机垂直干燥部机架进行静力学分析,进而对垂直干燥部机架布置方式的合理性进行论证。
The drying section is a very important part of the paper machine. Compared with the traditional single row drying section, the vertical drying section has the advantages of uniform heating on both sides. In order to ensure the stability of the paper machine operation, ANSYS finite element analysis technology was used to analyze the statics of the vertical drying part of the paper machine, and then the rationality of the vertical drying part was demonstrated.
