摘要
以某桥梁结构中的钢管K型节点疲劳性能试验为研究背景,研究相控阵超声检测钢管节点疲劳裂纹的有效性。试验过程中采用相控阵超声检测设备跟踪和记录钢管K型节点疲劳裂纹的萌生和扩展,并与应变测试结果和节点疲劳裂纹切片结果进行对比分析。结果表明:相控阵超声检测技术能够对管节点疲劳裂纹进行准确地定量和定性分析;相控阵超声检测技术能够在裂纹萌生的早期先于目视观测到疲劳裂纹。因此,可采用相控阵超声检测代替常规检测对实际结构的TKY管节点相贯焊缝的疲劳裂纹进行检测。
Based on the fatigue performance test of CHS K-joint used on the bridge,this paper studies the effectiveness of ultrasonic phased array detection technology on detecting the fatigue crack of pipe joints.During the test,the fatigue crack of steel tubular truss K-joint was monitored by ultrasonic phased array inspection equipment,and compared with the results of both strain measurement and slicing section of fatigue crack.The result shows that the quantitative and qualitative analysis on fatigue crack of joint can be achieved by ultrasonic phased array inspection technology.Fatigue crack detected by ultrasonic phased array inspection technology is earlier than that by visual observation.Thus,ultrasonic phased array testing can be used instead of conventional testing to detect the fatigue crack of the intersecting weld of the actual TKY tube joints used in actual structures.
