摘要
为了能够更好的推进这项技术发展,文章结合某地区农作物秸秆还田发展实际情况,分析农作物秸秆机械化还田技术推广存在的问题,并从财政扶持角度入手思考如何为该技术的推广提供必要补贴支持。
In order to promote the development of this technology, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the popularization of mechanized returning technology of crop straw in a certain area, and considers how to provide necessary subsidy support for the popularization of this technology from the angle of financial support.
