摘要
海上油田某些生产井低液量、高压差且高含水等实际问题,直接导致油井采出程度低,应用常规方式均不能从根本上解决,引入颗粒控水工艺,从而实现防砂、控水及防泥目的。首先在原井筛管内进行射孔,再次下入ICD(Inflow Control Device)控水筛管,从而实现泥岩封堵,达到控水增油的目的。作业实践表明:该技术为日后类似井况的作业井提供了新的技术处理思路,有利于挖潜剩余油潜能及增储上产,具有较高的实际应用价值。
Some production wells in offshore oil fields have low liquid production,high pressure difference and high water cut,which directly results in low recovery degree of oil wells.These problems cannot be fundamentally solved by using conventional methods.For this reason,the particle water control technology is introduced to achieve the purpose of sand control,water control and mud control.Firstly,perforating is carried out in the original well screen pipe,and then the ICD(inflow control device)water control screen pipe is lowered again,so as to achieve the purpose of plugging mudstone,controlling water and increasing oil.The practice shows that this tech⁃nology provides a new way to deal with similar well conditions,which is beneficial to tapping the potential of remaining oil and increas⁃ing reserves and production.
