柘城县辣椒产业发展现状、问题及建议

Current Status,Problems and Suggestions of the Hot Pepper Industry in Zhecheng County

柘城县辣椒种植面积有2.67万hm2,是河南省朝天椒主产区,也是中原地区最大的朝天椒流通市场,其种植面积大,品种多,市场活跃,产业链条较为完善,形成了自己的优势和特色。但是随着辣椒产业快速发展,在农田基础设施建设、先进生产技术利用、品种品质提升、精深加工能力、品牌建设等方面,仍然存在一些制约当地辣椒产业发展的问题。通过实地考察,客观分析阻碍柘城辣椒产业发展的关键问题,共同探讨并提出切实可行的建议,助力当地辣椒产业高效持续发展。

With an area of 26700 hm2,Zhecheng county is not only the major hot pepper production region of hot pepper in Henan province,but also the largest circulation market for hot pepper in central China.The pepper industry in Zhecheng county is characterized as large planting area,diverse pepper cultivars,activate marketing,and well established industrial chain.However,with the fast development of pepper industry,several limiting factors are appearing,which includes infrastructure construction of farmland,application of advanced production technologies,improvement of cultivar quality,capacity of intensive processing,and brand building.Through onthe-spot investigation,we objectively analyzed the key problems limiting the development of pepper industry in Zhecheng county,and presented several feasible proposals to prompt the efficient and sustainable development of pepper industry in Zhecheng county.
