煤层气地面工程技术对标及发展趋势研究 被引量:5

摘要 国内煤层气资源量巨大,但由于受多种因素制约,实际开发程度仍低于预期,主要是由当前产业政策、技术水平等因素决定的。为此,从国内外煤层气地面工程建设标准、工程技术、运行管理模式等方面展开对标分析、研究,提出煤层气地面工程技术发展趋势。通过对标发现,国内指导煤层气地面工程设计的标准偏高,特别是集输、防火等标准要求,造成投资加大。国外煤层气低成本开发项目实例对国内煤层气开发有借鉴意义,应针对煤层气的特点制定煤层气地面工程设计防火规范,使之更加符合煤层气的开发生产特点,因地制宜,降低开发投资。研究煤层气排采规律、节点增压技术、采出水处理技术,推广煤层气橇装化及一体化设备,建设无人值守及智能化气田是煤层气地面工程技术发展的方向。 Coal bed methane(CBM)resources are very rich in China,but the development is slower than expected due to many factors,such as current industry policies and technology level.From the domestic and foreign CBM surface engineering construction standards,engineering technology,operation management mode and other aspects,benchmarking analysis and study are conducted,and the development trend of coal bed methane surface engineering technology is put forward.It is found that the domestic standards guiding the design of coal bed methane surface engineering,especially the requirements of gathering and transportation,fire prevention and other standards are high,resulting in increased investment.The examples of low-cost CBM development projects in foreign countries are of reference significance to the development of domestic CBM.In view of the characteristics of CBM,fire prevention codes for surface engineering design of CBM should be formulated to make it more in line with the development and production characteristics of CBM,so as to reduce development investment according to local conditions.The development direction of CBM surface engineering technology is to study CBM emission and production rules,nodal pressurization technology,produced water treatment technology,promote CBM skid mounted and integrated equipment,unattended and intelligent gas field.
