摘要
新疆油田从“九五”开始进行三元复合驱科技攻关,先后开展了聚合物驱、弱碱三元复合驱等多种提高采收率技术的现场试验。为了解决砾岩油藏地面系统注入体系调控难度大、碱路调配系统结垢严重、浓度误差大等难题,对地面工艺进行系列技术研究与攻关,形成了适合新疆油田砾岩油藏复合驱现场试验和工业化推广应用的“双向错流、辐射回流、多元可调”配注工艺技术,目前该技术已成功应用于现场并取得了较好效果。曝气后Fe2+、S2-均检不出,单泵单井系统目的液黏损约10%,单泵多井系统目的液黏损约12%,保证了砾岩油藏复合驱体系驱油效果,为国内外其他砾岩油藏复合驱开发提供了技术支撑,为新疆克拉玛依油田稳产奠定了技术基础。
Xinjiang Oilfield began to carry out ternary composite flooding technology research from the"Ninth Five-Year Plan".It has carried out field tests of various enhanced oil recovery technologies such as polymer flooding and weak alkali ternary composite flooding.In order to solve the problems in conglomerate reservoir surface system such as difficult adjustment of the injection system,serious scaling of the alkaline pipeline distribution system,and large concentration error,the surface technology has carried out a series of technical studies,and the injection technology of"bidirectional cross-flow,radiation backflow and multiple adjustable"suitable for field test and industrial application of conglomerate flooding in Xinjiang Oilfield is formed.Currently,this technology has been successfully applied to the site and achieved good results.Fe2+and S2-could not be detected after aeration,the target liquid viscosity loss of the single-pump single-well system is about 10%,and that of the single-pump multi-well system is about 12%,which ensure the flooding effect of conglomerate reservoir flooding system,provide technical support for other conglomerate reservoir flooding development at home and abroad,and lay a technical foundation for stable production of Karamay Oilfield in Xinjiang Province.
