摘要
以美国马里兰大学为例,介绍了目前美国基础医学和临床医学的教学创新方法。通过思考和比较,结合我国高等医学教育的现状,分别从医学教育的价值导向、师资队伍、课程体系、教学方法和评价体系5个方面对我国医学教育改革提出了一些建议,供医学教育同行参考。
This paper takes University of Maryland as an example and introduces the current teaching innovation method of basic medicine and clinical medicine in the United States.Through analysis and comparison,we combined with the current situation of China's higher medical education,put forward some suggestions for the reform of China's medical education from five aspects:the value-oriented medical education,the teaching staff,the curriculum system,teaching methods and the evaluation system,which will present references for the medical education peers.
