基于NRF24L01和LabVIEW的无线预警与自动喷淋系统设计与实现 被引量:14

摘要 传统的参数检测、视频监控采用有线方式,存在布线繁琐复杂的缺陷,无法应用于不具备布线条件的电路老化隐患监测中。针对电路老化隐患的监测和自动抑制问题提出了一种基于NRF24L01和LabVIEW的无线预警与监控方法。该系统以STM32F103单片机和温度传感器Pt100为主要核心进行多路温度的数据采集,通过NRF24L01无线模块传输数据及其他传感器组成下位机硬件;应用LabVIEW作为上位机人机界面软件设计,实现对温度数据的处理、显示、报警和视频监控,并根据用户需要实现对喷淋电磁阀的控制。通过搭建的软硬件实验系统测试,表明设计的系统能准确及时地反映环境温度的变化并作出预警控制,具有广泛的应用前景。 The traditional parameter detection and video monitoring adopted wired method,which has the defects of cumbersome and complex wiring and cannot be applied to the monitoring of hidden trouble of circuit aging without wiring conditions.This paper proposed a wireless early warning and monitoring method based on NRF24L01 and LabVIEW for the monitoring and automatic suppression of circuit aging hazards.The system used STM32F103 single-chip microcomputer and temperature sensor PT100 as the main core to collect data of multi-channel temperature,and transmitted data and other sub-machine hardware composed of other sensors through NRF24L01 wireless module.LabVIEW was used as the man-machine interface software design of the host computer to realizd the processing,display,alarm and video monitoring of temperature data,and realized the control of the spray solenoid valve according to the user s needs.Through the establishment of the software and hardware experimental system test,it shows that the designed system can accurately and timely reflect the ambient temperature and make early warning control,which has broad application prospects.
