混凝土浇注通水冷却控制系统实现与应用

摘要 为满足大型、大体积混凝土浇注施工现场的通水冷却施工要求,节省人力成本和提高施工科学化水平,提出了一种基于精密运放的热电阻温度测量变送电路,设计了一套混凝土浇注通水冷却控制系统。该系统底层子单元为以STM32单片机为控制核心的闭环控制系统,根据混凝土内部温度控制电磁阀动作及通水冷却启停。系统子单元与系统主机之间通过LoRa物联网通信。上位机采用C#WinForm编写,实现对子单元的监测与控制。最后进行实验,在各工况条件下系统能良好运行,达到了预期的控制效果。 In order to meet the requirement of water cooling,save labor cost and improve the automatic level in mass concrete pouring process,a thermal resistance temperature measurement transmission circuit based on precision amplifier was proposed,and a cooling control system was designed.The subunit of the system was a closed-loop control system with STM32.Solenoid valve acts to start or stop cooling according to the internal temperature of concrete.The system subunits communicated with the system host via the LoRa IoT.The upper computer was written in C#WinForm to realize the monitoring and control of subunits.Finally,the experiment was carried out,and the system can run well under various working conditions,achieving the expected control effect.
