摘要
大学教研室是高校跻身一流大学和一流学科行列的发力点和重要抓手。在"双一流"建设背景下,大学教研室被赋予新的概念内涵,即教研室是大学里围绕人才培养中心,按照学科、专业或课程设置的,以教师为活动主体、学生为主要参与者,开展教学、科研、服务社会等工作的最基层组织。其定位应更新为师生学习共同体,意蕴有三:共在、共享、共生,对话是其基本活动方式;功能应重塑为坚守人才培养功能、聚焦教师专业发展功能和创新服务社会功能三方面。
Teaching and research sections are the pivot for a university to ride into the first-class universities and disciplines.In the background of“double first-class”construction,they should be granted new connotation.As the basic organization of teaching,research and social service,university teaching and research sections are built up based on disciplines or educational programs.Teachers are the subjects of teaching and research activities with students as the major participants.They should be re-positioned into a learning community of teachers and students.Co-existence,sharing and symbiosis are the three layers of connotation of this re-positioning.Dialogue would be the basic mode of activity.The function of university teaching and research sections should be reoriented towards sticking to the function of talent cultivation,focusing on teachers professional development and serving the society with innovation.
