摘要
讲好思政课,需要思政课教师具备宽广的知识视野,即扎实的理论素养,对马克思主义真学、真懂、真信,这是高校思政教师的"鲜亮底色";丰富的学科知识,熟悉学科相关的理论、历史及其发展前沿,这是高校思政课教师的"看家本领";强烈的问题意识,善于发现问题、勇于直面问题、有效解决问题,这是高校思政课教师的"动力之源"。要在"传道授业解惑"中,彰显新时代高校思政课教师的自信与责任担当。
To achieve the effectiveness of ideological and political courses,the teachers must have a broad knowledge horizon.First,they need a solid theoretical foundation of Marxism;second,they must be familiar with the theories,history and the latest development in and related to the discipline;third,they must have a strong sense of problems,good at finding problems,brave enough to face the problems,and solving the problems effectively.The teachers of ideological and political courses should demonstrate their confidence and commitment in their teaching process.
