我国精炼糖厂发展现状、问题及对策 被引量:10

摘要 食糖是关系国计民生的重要战略物资,近年来由于国内食糖市场供应存在缺口,每年食糖的年消费总量在1500万吨左右,而国内以甘蔗或甜菜为原料生产的食糖总量仅有1000万吨左右,有500万吨的食糖缺口需通过进口原糖精炼加工以实现供需平衡,这使得精炼糖厂在实现我国食糖供需平衡方面发挥重要的作用。本文对中国精炼糖厂的发展现状和存在的问题进行分析可知,国内精炼糖厂在产业发展过程中虽具有港口优势、物流便捷,全年生产、以价定产,工艺先进、产品质量高等特点,也存在原料质量波动大、产品同质化严重、开工率不足等问题。提出的发展措施是:制糖加工工艺的技术提升(加大糖厂自动化技术应用力度、推进新型技术的应用与推广、加强澄清工艺的效率、加强成品储存过程中的质量控制),拓展食糖新产品种类(烘焙糖、液体糖、咖啡用糖、药用辅料)和应用场景,加强副产物(滤泥、糖蜜)的资源化再利用。 Sugar is an important strategic material related to the national economy and people's livelihood.In recent years,due to the gap in the domestic sugar market supply,the annual consumption of sugar was about 15 million tons,while the total sugar production in China was only about 10 million tons,and a lack of 5 million tons sugar needs to make up through refining production from imported raw sugar to achieve the balance between supply and demand,which made sugar refinery play an important role in realizing the balance of sugar supply and demand in China.This paper analyzed the present situation and existing problems of sugar refinery in China.In the process of industrial development,domestic refineries had the advantages of port,convenient logistics,year-round production,price-determined production,advanced technology and high product quality and so on.However,they had the shortages of instability of raw material quality,serious homogenization of product,insufficient operating rate and so on.The development measures were as follows:improving the technology of sugar processing(increasing the application of automatic technology in sugar factory,promoting the application and popularization of new technology,strengthening the efficiency of clarification process,strengthening the quality control during the storage of finished products),developing new kinds of sugar products(baking sugar,liquid sugar,coffee sugarand medicinal sugar)and application scenarios,and strengthening the reuse of by-products(filter mud and molasses).
