高效液相色谱法测定壮骨止痛口服膏中川续断皂苷Ⅵ含量

Content Determination of AsperosaponinⅥin Zhuanggu Zhitong Oral Paste by HPLC

目的建立测定壮骨止痛口服膏中川续断皂苷Ⅵ含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱采用Inertsustain C18柱(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(28∶72, V/V),流速为1. 0 mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为212 nm,进样量为10μL。结果川续断皂苷Ⅵ进样量在0. 212~5. 295μg(r=0. 999 9)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为95. 75%,RSD为0. 85%(n=9)。结论该方法简单、准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于壮骨止痛口服膏中川续断皂苷的含量测定。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of asperosaponinⅥin Zhuanggu Zhitong Oral Paste by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods A Inertsustain C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was employed with acetonitrile-water(28∶72,V/V)as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was 30℃,the detection wavelength was 212 nm,and the injection volume was 10μL.Results The linear range of asperosaponinⅥwas 0.212-5.295μg(r=0.9999),the average recovery rate was 95.75%,and the RSD was 0.85%(n=9).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,highly sensitive and repeatable,and can be used for the determination of Chuanxiu saponin in Zhuanggu Zhitong Oral Paste.
