摘要
大脑的认知编码系统形成自身独特的认知网络,该过程涉及到复杂的颞叶认知网络系统.颞叶癫痫反复发作可破坏兴奋-抑制性突触传导,损伤认知网络结构连通;后期泛化至整个大脑认知网络系统引起结构性破坏,导致不可逆认知损害,尤其是空间记忆障碍,但其确切机制不明.该文综述了颞叶癫痫网络与认知衰退之间的潜在机制,认为兴奋-抑制平衡失调起关键作用.
The cerebral cognitive coding system forms its own unique cognitive network,which involves a complex cognitive network system in temporal lobes.Recurrent seizures of temporal lobe epilepsy can destroy excitatory-suppressive synaptic transmission and impair the cognitive network connection;and terminal generalization of entire brain cognitive network system causes structural destruction and irreversible cognitive damage(especially spatial allomnesia).However,the precise mechanism is unclear.This paper reviews the potential mechanism between temporal lobe epilepsy network and cognitive deterioration,and suggests the pivotal role of excitement-inhibition imbalance in temporal lobe epilepsy.
