摘要
白介素12(IL-12)细胞因子家族由p19、p28、p35、p40和EBi3亚基组成,包括IL-12(p35/p40)、IL-23(p19/p40)、IL-27(p28/EBi3)和IL-35(p35/EBi3)。近年来,IL-12家族与脑膜炎的关系被越来越多人认识到,IL-12家族通过影响辅助性T细胞的炎性反应在不同类型脑膜炎中占据举足轻重的地位;IL-12家族各成员在血清及脑脊液(CSF)中的浓度与感染程度相关,测定血清及CSF中的细胞因子可为脑膜炎的诊疗提供新思路;本综述旨在讨论IL-12家族细胞因子在脑膜炎中的作用,为针对该家族开发免疫疗法抵御脑膜炎提供依据。
The interleukin-12 family consists of p19,p28,p35,p40,and EBi3,its members include IL-12(p35/p40),IL-23(p19/p40),IL-27(p28/EBi3),and IL-35(p35/EBi3).In recent years,the relationship between IL-12 family and meningitis has been recognized by more and more researchers.The IL-12 family plays an important role in different types of meningitisby affecting the inflammatory responseof T cells.The concentration of IL-12 family members in serum and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)is related to the degree of infection.The determination of cytokines in serum and CSFcanprovide a new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of meningitis.This review aims to discuss the role of IL-12 family cytokines in meningitis and provide a basisfor the development of IL-12-based immunotherapy against meningitis.
