曲靖市栽培半夏质量考察

The investigation report of cultivated pinellia ternata in Qujing

目的:建立曲靖市栽培半夏的客观、量化质控标准数据,为科学评价和有效控制其质量提供可靠的方法。方法:以《中国药典》2015年版方法为参考依据,对曲靖栽培半夏的质量进行研究,包括植物形态、药材外观性状、显微特征、薄层色谱鉴别、水分检查、总灰分检查、浸出物检查和总酸含量测定。结果:不同产地的3批次半夏检验结果除总灰分检查超标外,其他几项鉴别、检查和含量测定均符合《中国药典》2015年版规定。结论:研究对曲靖市栽培半夏质量控制以及实现规范化种植提供了参考依据。

Objective To establish real estate of pinellia objective and quantitative quality control standards from Qujing,for scientific evaluation and provide reliable methods to effectively control its quality.Methods Based on the"Chinese Pharmacopoeia"2015 version,study of qujing pinellia tuber production quality control methods,including plant morphology,medicinal material appearance,microscopic characteristics,TLC,moisture inspection,the inspection of the total ash content,extract inspection and total acid content determination.Results 3 batches pinellia test samples in addition to the total ash content check overweight,several other identification,examination and content determination of all conform to the stipulations of the Chinese pharmacopoeia 2015 version.Conclusion The method can be used for quality control and provide a valueable reference for good agriculture practice of pinellia ternata in Qujing.
