贵州中医药大学《药用植物学》课程师资队伍现状与对策研究

Study on the current situation and countermeasures of the faculty of“Medicinal Botany Course Teachers”course in Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine

课程师资队伍的学缘、年龄结构变化,给专业、学科方向与发展带来了新的机遇,也给师资队伍的建设、管理与培养带来了一定的挑战。《药用植物学》是中药学类相关专业的专业基础课程,其教学质量与后续课程的开设具有密切联系。文章以贵州中医药大学药学院《药用植物学》课程青年教师队伍建设为例,浅析近年师资队伍发展现状与教师队伍培养措施,为《药用植物学》及其他课程师资队伍建设提供参考。

The changes in the educational background and age structure of the faculty of a course bring new opportunities to the direction and development of the major and discipline,It also brings some challenges to the construction,management and training of the faculty.Medicinal botany is a very important professional basic course for TCM related majors,and its teaching quality is closely related to the establishment of follow-up courses.This paper takes the construction of the young faculty of Medicinal botany course in college of pharmacy of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicin as an example.A brief analysis of the current situation of the development of teachers in recent years and the measures for the training of teachers in order to provide references for the construction of teachers in Medicinal botany and other courses.
