摘要
为满足海上风电工程智慧化建设需要,实现岸基指挥中心对海上风电场工程建设的指挥作用,根据海上风电工程施工的特点,提出了海上风电工程建设指挥系统的构建方案。系统集成了海-陆通讯、可视化管理界面、海上气象预报与分析、工程进度管理、船机管理、出海人员安全管理等子系统及扩展接口,并根据各子系统功能需求提出了实现方法。
In order to meet the needs of intelligent construction of offshore wind power projects and realize the commanding role of shore-based command centers for offshore wind farm projects,according to the characteristics of offshore wind power engineering construction,the building plan of offshore wind power construction command system is proposed.The system integrates sub-systems and expansion interfaces such as sea-land communication,visual management interface,offshore weather forecast and analysis,project schedule management,ship machine management,and safety management of seagoing personnel.In addition,the paper proposes implementation methods based on the functional requirements of each sub-system.
