试论和谐社会背景下城乡教育的均衡发展

Balanced Development of Urban and Rural Education under the Background of Harmonious Society

近年来,城乡教育的非均衡问题越来越突出,阻碍了义务教育的和谐发展,影响了国民教育的稳步前进。促进城乡教育均衡发展是符合中国特色社会主义道路的正确选择和现代社会发展的必然要求,也是促进社会共同进步和提升我国综合实力,构建和谐社会的基础和关键因素。促进城乡教育均衡和谐发展:一要构建新的义务教育财政投入机制,加大对农村教育的投入力度;二要实施城乡教师流动制度,加强农村教师队伍的建设;三要加大乡村教育政策扶持力度,促进乡村教育发展;四要推进城乡教育标准化建设;五要合理调整农村学校的布局。

In recent years,the imbalance of urban and rural education has become increasingly highlighted,which hinders the harmonious development of compulsory education,and affects the steady progress of national education.Promoting the balanced development of urban and rural education is the right choice for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the inevitable requirement of the development of modern society,and the foundation and key factor for promoting the common progress of society,enhancing the comprehensive strength of our country and building a harmonious society.This paper mainly analyzes the unbalanced development of urban and rural education and its performance,discusses various reasons of the uneven development of urban and rural education,and puts forward some specific measures to promote the balanced development of urban and rural education.
