新时代西藏自治区农业电子政务建设研究

Researching on Construction of Agricultural E-government in Tibet Autonomous Region in The New Era

改革开放以来,特别是党的十八大、十九大胜利召开以来,西藏自治区迎来了翻天覆地的变化,全方位、多角度实现了前所未有的突破。由于西藏自治区特殊的区情和计算机网络技术发展过程中自身客观存在的缺陷,西藏自治区农业电子政务建设仍存在一些不足,建议从完善电子政务监管体系、提高电子政务人员专业技术水平、加强电子政务信息安全管理、提升电子政务协同合作意识和借助计算机技术提高电子政务效率等方面综合提升西藏自治区农业电子政务服务水平。

Since the reform and opening up,especially since the 18 th and 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held successfully,Tibet autonomous region has ushered in earth shaking changes and achieved unprecedented breakthroughs in all aspects and from multiple perspectives.Due to the special regional conditions of Tibet autonomous region and the objective defects in the development of computer network technology,there are still some deficiencies in the construction of agricultural e-government in Tibet autonomous region.It is suggested to improve the supervision system of e-government,improve the professional and technical level of e-government personnel,strengthen the information security management of e-government,enhance the awareness of e-government cooperation and make use of computers technology to improve the efficiency of e-government and other aspects to comprehensively improve the level of agricultural e-government service in Tibet autonomous region.
