微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定核桃楸皮中金属元素含量 被引量:6

FAAS Determination of Metal Content in Bark of Juglans mandshurica Maxim after Microwave Assisted Digestion

摘要 核桃楸皮样品经硝酸-双氧水微波消解后,采用原子吸收光谱法测定其中Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu、Co、Mn、Na、K、Sr、Cr、Pb等金属元素含量,并对方法的灵敏度、准确度、精密度进行分析。结果表明:测得核桃楸皮中的Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu、Co、Mn、Na、K、Sr、Cr、Pb含量分别为15.212、1.055、0.067、0.411、0.032、0.012、0.119、1.170、10.895、0.121、0.006、0.014 mg·g^-1。该方法灵敏度高(检出限分别为0.0116、0.0116、0.0006、0.0108、0.0024、0.0121、0.0022、0.0026、0.0022、0.0024、0.0114、0.0106μg·mL^-1),准确度高(回收率为97.4%~104.3%),精密度好(相对标准偏差<5%,n=10)。 To determine the content of metal elements in bark of Juglans mandshurica Maxim by microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).The sample was digested with a mixture of HNO3 and H2O2 in a microwave digestor and then analyzed for the contents of Ca,Mg,Zn,Fe,Cu,Co,Mn,Na,K,Sr,Cr,Pb by FAAS.The sensitivity,accuracy and precision of the method were discussed as well.The results showed that the contents of Ca,Mg,Zn,Fe,Cu,Co,Mn,Na,K,Sr,Cr and Pb were 15.212,1.055,0.067,0.411,0.032,0.012,0.119,1.170,10.895,0.121,0.006,0.014 mg·g^-1,respectively.The method had high sensitivity(with detection limits of 0.0116,0.0116,0.0006,0.0108,0.0024,0.0121,0.0022,0.0026,0.0022,0.0024,0.0114,0.0106μg·mL^-1),high accuracy(with good recoveries of 97.4%~104.3%)and good precision(RSD<5%,n=10).The results supplemented data for the further study on the chemical composition of bark of Juglans mandshurica Maxim.
