Principle of Agricultural Products Electronic Color Sorter and the Domestic and Foreign Current Situation and Development

随着人们对食品安全和品质的要求日益提高,农产品光电色选技术推广使用显得尤为重要。本文介绍了光电色选技术的工作原理、特点和色选机研发的关键技术,总结了国内外色选机的研究现状,分析了各类色选机的工作特点,并指出了国内光电色选技术研发提升的方向。

With increasing demand for food safety and quality,the application of electronic color sorter used in agricultural products becomes more and more important.This paper introduces the working principle,characteristics and key technologies of electronic color sorter.Current situations and development are reviewed and the working characteristics of various types of color sorter are analyzed.In the end,this study points out the direction for further development of domestic electronic color sorter technology.
