钢铁供应链碳排放测算及系统优化研究

摘要 在系统分析钢铁供应链企业运作特点的基础上,从两个不同的视角研究了供应链企业碳排放的测度方法。首先从钢铁的生产与物料的运输的角度将钢铁供应链划分为四个阶段,分析了各阶段的碳排放特点,并分别给出了碳排量的计算方法;其次是运用大数据理论,采用分层抽样的原理构建了比率估计量,充分利用样本企业的辅助信息估计供应链系统的碳排放总量;最后结合优化理论计算出了供应链企业的碳排放价格和排放量的关系。 Based on the systematic analysis of the characteristics of each enterprise of iron and steel supply chain,the measurement method of carbon emission of supply chain enterprises was studied in this paper from two different perspectives.Firstly,carbon emission characteristics were analyzed in four stages from the perspective of production process flow of iron and steel enterprises,and the calculation method of carbon emission in each stage was given.Secondly,the ratio estimator was constructed by applying the big data theory and the principle of stratified sampling,so as to make full use of the auxiliary information of the sample enterprises to estimate the total carbon emission of the supply chain system.Finally,the relationship between the carbon emission price and the emission amount of supply chain enterprises was calculated based on the optimization theory.
