医联体康复模式下脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者营养管理效果评价

Efficacy of nutrition management in accordance with‘medical joined with rehabilitation’treatment approach on patients with dysphagia resulting from stroke

目的以脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者营养管理为例,评价医联体康复模式的应用效果。方法选取脑卒中患者64例,随机分为对照组和干预组,干预组采用医联体康复模式进行营养管理,对照组按照常规模式进行健康教育。统计患者出院后3个月、6个月的营养不良发生率和遵医依从性的变化情况。结果 3个月、6个月后,干预组的营养不良发生率(2. 9%、5. 9%)低于对照组(16. 7%、26. 7%),遵医依从性[(31. 41±4. 57)分、(29. 87±3. 16)分]高于对照组[(22. 33±5. 64)分、(20. 37±5. 72)分],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0. 05)。结论利用医联体康复模式对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者进行营养管理,可改善患者营养水平和遵医依从性。

Objective Taking nutritional management of patients with dysphagia resulting from stroke as an example,to evaluate the efficacy of‘medical joined with rehabilitation’treatment approach.Methods Firstly,64 stroke patients were chosen as the subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The observation group was subjected to nutrition management based on‘medical joined with rehabilitation’treatment approach while the control group were subjected to health education based on traditional rehabilitation model.The incidence of malnutrition and the compliance of the two groups as observed three months and six months after discharge were then documented and compared.Results The incidences of malnutrition of the observation group as observed three months and six months after discharge were 2.9%and 5.9%respectively,which were lower than those of the control group(16.7%,26.7%).The compliances of the observation group as observed three months and six months after discharge were(31.41±4.57)points and(29.87±3.16)points respectively,which were higher than those of the control group((22.33±5.64)points,(20.37±5.72)points).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Nutrition management based on‘medical joined with rehabilitation’treatment approach could effectively reduce the incidence of malnutrition and improve the compliance of patients with dysphagia resulting from stroke.
