制备的锦纶超细纤维,具有柔软性好、手感滑爽、导湿透气性好等优点,提高了面料的舒适性及功能性。进一步结合ZnO等纳米粉体的高分散性本体杂化,赋予功能性锦纶超细纤维抗菌、防螨、抗紫外抗老化等性能特点,解决了功能性锦纶超细纤维成型难、纳米材料易团聚、无机杂化添加技术等难题,实现了锦纶超细纤维的批量化生产,提高了功能耐久性和产品稳定性,达到了高端纺织品要求。

The preparation of nylon microfiber has the advantages of good softness,smooth feel,good moisture permeability and so on,to improve the comfort and functionality of the fabric.Further combining the high dispersion of rice noodles such as ZnO and bulk hybridization,the functional properties of functional nylon microfiber,such as antibacterial,anti mite and UV resistance,are solved.The problems such as difficulty in forming functional microfiber,easy agglomeration of nano materials,and inorganic hybrid technology are solved.The batch production of nylon microfiberis realized,and the durability and stability of products are improved.It meets the requirements of high-end textiles.
