某二级综合医院的门诊医患信息不对称现状 被引量:2

Status Quo of Information Asymmetry between Outpatients and Doctors in a Secondary General Hospital

摘要 目的通过调查某二级医院门诊中的医患信息不对称情况,分析存在严重信息不对称的环节,进而提出切实可行的解决方案。方法采用自制调查问卷,对该院门诊医务人员及患者进行抽样调查,对所得数据统计分析。结果医方认为门诊"少部分信息不对称",而患方认为"信息十分不对称",且都认为"有必要"缩小该不对称。医患信息不对称主要存在于挂号及面诊环节。结论医院需要重视医患信息不对称情况,并做好措施,以缩小信息不对称,如引导人员进行专业知识培训,改良叫号系统,针对性提供科普小知识,医患之间加强沟通等。 Objective To investigate the medical information asymmetry between outpatients and doctors in a secondary hospital outpatient department,analyze the existence of serious information asymmetry,and then put forward the feasible solution.Method Sampling investigation were carried out by self-made questionnaires on the medical personnel and patients of outpatient department,and data were statistically analyzed.Results The medical staffs believed that there was“a little information asymmetry”,while the patients thought that there was“a lot information asymmetry”.Both of them thought it was necessary to reduce the information asymmetry,which mainly existed in the registration and consultation.Conclusion Hospitals need to pay attention to the information asymmetry between doctors and patients,and take measures to reduce the information asymmetry,such as guiding personnel professional knowledge training,improving the numbering system,providing scientific knowledge and strengthening communication between doctors and patients.
