摘要
良好的培育机制是高质量科技成果产出的重要保障。以医学高等级成果培育为抓手,通过学科、项目、人才、诚信、转化等各要素协调互动,完善培育机制,提升成果内涵品质,对于军医大学高等级创新成果,提升科技创新综合实力具有重要作用。
A good cultivation mechanism is an important guarantee for the output of high-quality scientific and technological achievements.It is of great importance to take the cultivation of high-level medical achievements as the starting point,coordinate and interact among disciplines,projects,talents,integrity,transformation and other factors,perfect the cultivation mechanism and improve the connotation and quality of achievements for military medical universities to promote high-level innovative achievements and enhance the comprehensive strength of scientific and technological innovation.
