基于6117例住院患者死亡病例分析

Analysis of 6117 Deaths of Inpatients Based on Discharge Medical Records

目的对2008-2018年6117例住院患者死亡病例的年龄、性别、死因等字段进行统计分析,掌握其构成特点,为管理部门提供科学性决策依据。方法提取病案首页数据,应用描述性统计方法分析6117例死亡病例的死因分布情况及变动趋势。结果2008-2018年某院总病死率为2.44%,男性为2.59%,女性为2.27%,男性高于女性;死因前三位为肿瘤、循环系统疾病和呼吸系统疾病。结论重点加强肿瘤、循环系统和呼吸系统等重点疾病的防治,提高医疗质量,降低病死率,缔造幸福家庭,促进全民健康发展。

Objective To analyzed statistically on the causes of death,age and sex of 6,117 inpatients from 2008 to 2018,so as to master their structural characteristics and provide scientific decision-making basis for management department.Methods Data from the first page of the case were extracted and descriptive statistical methods were used to analyze the distribution and variation trend of the cause of death of 6117 cases.Results From 2008 to 2018,the total mortality rate in a hospital was 2.44%,2.59%for males and 2.27%for females.The first three causes of death were tumor,circulatory disease and respiratory disease.Conclusion It is essential to emphasize on prevention and treatment of key diseases such as tumor,circulation system and respiratory system for better medical quality,lower mortality rate,happy families and public health.
