摘要 对追踪方法学在护理教学质量管理中的应用现状进行综述,在护理教学领域开展追踪方法学指导下的质量管控能够有效地提高教学质量和教学满意度。但追踪方法学在护理教学实践应用中仍存在一定缺陷,如研究数量少、质量偏低、优质的问题解决流程仍待探索等。因此需要更多高质量的研究为实践提供依据,使追踪方法学更好地服务于护理教学质量管理,进而以更完善的教学方案培养护生与临床护理人员。 This paper summarizes the application status of tracking methodology in quality management of nursing teaching.Quality control under the guidance of tracking methodology in nursing teaching can effectively improve teaching quality and teaching satisfaction.However,at present,there are still some defects in the application of tracking methodology in nursing teaching practice,such as low quality,lack of researches and high-quality problem-solving process.Therefore,more high-quality researches are needed to provide the basis for practice,so that the tracking methodology can better serve the quality management of nursing teaching,and train nursing students and clinical nurses with better teaching plans.
