COVID-19疫情期间北京某三甲医院感染防控管理与实践

Management and Practice of Infection Prevention and Control in a Tertiary Hospital in Beijing during the COVID-19 Epidemic

为有效防控COVID-19疫情在医院内部感染,医院在国家和北京市政府相关文件、政策要求基础上,结合医院情况,制定疫情期间院内感染防控管理制度与措施。通过对疫情防控工作中存在的薄弱环节和难点分析,成立院级感染预防与控制领导小组与工作小组,梳理优化工作流程,制定院级规章制度及指导手册,建立三级预警机制、强化手卫生管理、布局"三区"环境,实行分区域无死角监督检查,开展多层次、多渠道、多形式的培训与考核等综合管理措施,切实做好突发传染病应急管理,有效防控了COVID-19的院内感染。

In order to effectively prevent and control COVID-19 in the hospital,the hospital,based on relevant national and Beijing municipal government documents and policy requirements,combined with the hospital’s situation,developed a management system and measures for nosocomial infections during the epidemic.Based on the analysis of the weak links and difficulties in the epidemic prevention and control work,a hospital-level infection prevention and control leading group and working group were established to sort out and optimize the work process,formulate hospital-level rules and regulations,and guide manuals.The group conducted many comprehensive management measures to control the emergency infectious diseases effectively including establishing a three-level early warning mechanism,strengthening hand hygiene management,establishing"three-zone"environmental layout,implementing no-dead-band supervision and inspection by region,holding multi-level,multi-channel,and multi-form training and assessment.All these measures helped prevent and control the nosocomial infection of COVID-19 effectively.
