摘要
COVID-19疫情发生后,综合医院成为抗击疫情最直接的前线,门诊各项工作的管理直接影响着疫情的防控。本文结合医院防控实践,从疫情防控组织体系建立、门诊医务人员培训、门诊就诊流程再造、门诊管理方面,对综合医院抗击COVID-19疫情的难点和管理举措进行探讨。
After the outbreak of COVID-19,general hospitals became the most direct frontline to fight against the epidemic.The management of outpatient department directly affects the prevention and control of the epidemic.Based on the practice of the hospital of prevention and control,this article discussed the difficulties and management measures of general hospitals to combat COVID-19 from the aspects of establishing epidemic prevention and control system,training the medical staff of outpatient department,reconstructing the outpatient consultation process,and outpatient management.
