总结普通型COVID-19患者隔离期间护理管理与实践经验。20例COVID-19患者隔离治疗期间,发现该类患者存在起病急、干咳、发热、腹泻、肌肉酸痛乏力、肺部影像学呈病毒性肺炎临床特点。护理管理上宜做好严密消毒防护,疾病宣教、心理干预、仔细观察病情及对症护理,出院告知与健康宣教,促进患者康复。

This article summarized the nursing management and practical experience of common COVID-19 patients during isolation.During the isolation of the20 patients with COVID-19,it was found that the patients had acute onset,dry cough,fever,diarrhea,myalgia and fatigue.In addition,the patient’s lung imaging showed clinical features of viral pneumonia.In nursing management,strict disinfection,disease education,psychological intervention,careful observation of the condition,symptomatic care,discharge notification and health education should be conducted to promote patient rehabilitation.
