摘要
COVID-19(以下简称新冠肺炎)疫情于2020年1月在全国各地蔓延,此次突发公共卫生事件是对各地医院应急能力的重大考验,特别在定点医院的医疗人力资源应急管理方面,需要更加合理调配和运用现有的有限医疗人力资源。本文意在通过分享收治COVID-19定点医院医疗人力资源应急管理经验,为医院人力管理部门在今后应对此类疫情时提供人力资源管理思路。
The epidemic of COVID-19 spread throughout the country in January 2020.This public health emergency is a major challenge of the emergency response capacity for hospitals everywhere,especially a challenge in the emergency management of medical human resources for the designated hospitals.It is necessary for these designated hospitals to allocate and use the existing limited medical human resources more reasonably.This article is intended to provide human resource emergency management experience in a designated hospital for COVID-19 for the hospital human management departments in the future when responding to such epidemics.
