整建制接管COVID-19病房的护理团队建设与组织管理探讨

Discussion on Nursing Team Building and Systematically Taking over the COVID-19 Wards

目的探讨医疗护理团队整建制接管COVID-19病房的护理团队建设与组织管理实践,为重大疫情期间接管传染病病房提供参考。方法通过护理人员能力评估、组织框架确立、护理人员合理分组等优化护理人力资源配置,特别是针对此次任务设立感控督导组,健全规章制度、实施高效物资管理及规范培训演练,做好护理工作的组织管理。结果整建制接管病区两周,收治患者54名,未发生护理缺陷和差错事故,未发生医护人员感染。结论优化护理人力配置、早期确立制度职责、做好感控督导及培训工作是医疗队完成支援任务的有力保障。

Objectives To explore the practice of nursing team building and organization management of the medical nursing team taking over the COVID-19 wards,and to provide a reference for taking over infectious disease wards during a major epidemic.Methods Evaluation of nursing staff’s ability,establishment of organizational framework,and reasonable grouping of nursing staff was done to optimize the allocation of nursing human resources.In particular,a special infection control supervision group was set up for this task.In addition,we amplified the rules and regulations,implemented efficient material resources management and held standardized operating training to ensure the organization management of nursing.Results After systematically taking over the wards for two weeks,54 patients were admitted.There were no nursing defects and errors,and no medical staff infection.Conclusion Optimizing the allocation of nursing manpower,establishing the system responsibilities early,doing well the infection control supervision,and having trainings can ensure the medical team to complete the support task.
