Effect Analysis on COVID-19 Emergency Drill of an Enterprise Guided by a Hospital

目的探讨医院指导企业开展COVID-19疫情防控应急演练及效果。方法医院指导企业建立疑似/确诊新冠肺炎病例应急预案和处置流程,对某企业650名员工进行相关理论培训和情景模拟演练,比较培训演练前后企业的疫情防控应急处理能力。结果培训演练后,企业体温测量、自身防护、消毒方法、消毒液配置等防控措施和员工防疫应急演练成绩有显著提升,与培训演练前比较差异具有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论医院指导企业开展COVID-19疫情应急演练,能够强化企业员工疫情防控知识的学习,增强防控意识,提升企业疫情防控应急处理能力,保障企业安全、有序复工复产。

Objective To explore the effect of emergency drill for COVID-19 in a enterprise guided by a hospital.Methods The hospital instructed an enterprise to establish a contingency plan and disposal process for suspected/confirmed cases of COVID-19,conducted relevant theoretical training and scenario simulation drill for 650 employees of the enterprise,and compared the emergency response capabilities of the enterprise before and after the drill.Results After the drill,the company’s performance on body temperature measurement,self-protection,methods of disinfection,configuration of disinfectant and other prevention and control measures,as well as the epidemic emergency drill performance,was significantly improved.(p<0.01).Conclusion COVID-19 epidemic emergency drill guided by a hospital can increase employees’knowledge of COVID-19 prevention and control,enhance their awareness of prevention and control,improve the company’s epidemic emergency responsive capabilities,ensure the safety and help the company to resume the production orderly.
